தமிழக அரசியலும் தேர்தலும் 

தமிழ மக்கள் நன்றாக சிந்தித்து தங்களது வாக்குகளை தங்கள் வாழ்வாதாரங்கள் நன்கு மேம்பட அளித்திட கிடைத்திருக்கும் வாய்ப்பே மே மாதம் நடக்க இருக்கும் தேர்தல்.  யாருக்கு வாக்களித்தால் நல்ல திட்டங்கள் தமிழகத்தில் செயல்படுத்தபடும் - அவை நல்ல வேலை வாய்ப்புகளையும் வருவாயையும் தரும் என்று பொறுப்போடு வாக்களிக்க வேண்டிய தருணம். 
தமிழகம் எல்லா துறைகளிலும்  தலை நிமிர்ந்து நின்ற நாட்கள் போய், இன்று அகில இந்திய அளவில் மிகவும் பின் தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ள நிலையில் உள்ளது.  தமிழகத்தை குத்தகை எடுத்தது போன்று திராவிட கட்சிகள் சுமார் 45 ஆண்டுகள் ஆட்சியை முன்னேற்ற பாதையில் எடுத்துச் செல்லவில்லை என்பதே உண்மையாகும். அங்கொன்றும் இங்கொன்றுமாக சில நல்ல திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்தினாலும், மொத்த ஆட்சி காலத்தை தங்கள் சொந்த நலனுக்கு உபயோகபடுத்தியும், திட்டப்பணிகளுக்கான ஒதுக்கீடுகளை பகுதி லஞ்சங்களாக பெற்றும் மக்களை வஞ்சிதுவிட்டனர்.  தமிழகத்தை தவிர்த்து முந்தைய மத்திய அரசே இவ்வாறு அவப்பெயர் பெற்றது. உயர் தணிக்கை அதிகாரிகளால் மத்திய அரசின் பல திட்டங்களில் ஊழல் கொடிகட்டி பறந்திருப்பது தெரியவந்ததொடு, இம்மாநிலத்தில் இருந்து மத்திய அரசில் பங்கு வகித்த தி.மு.க. அமைச்சர்கள் மீது ஊழல் குற்றச்சாட்டுகள் பெரிதளவும் தமிழகத்தை தலை குனிய வைத்தது. டெல்லியில் முன் எப்போதும் இல்லாத அளவிற்கு தமிழன் என்றால் ஊழல் பேர்வழி என பேச வைத்தது.   மாற்று கட்சியான அ.தி.மு.க. இவர்களுக்கு எந்த அளவும் சளைத்தவர்கள் அல்ல.  ஊழல் குற்றச்சாட்டை வெளிமாநிலங்களில் விசாரிக்க வேண்டிய நிலமை.  இன்னமும் உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு நிலுவையில் இருக்கிறது.  அக்கட்சியே பல முறை அவர்களின் மந்திரிகளின் மேல் நடவடிக்கை எடுத்துள்ளது.  பெரும்பாலும் ஏன் இந்த நடவடிக்கை என்று இதுவரை மக்களுக்கு புரியாத புதிர்.  தன்னிச்சையாக செயல்பட முடியாத மந்திரிகள் எவ்வாறு தவறுகள் மட்டும் தனியாக செய்து இருக்க முடியும்.  ஆக நிச்சயமற்ற தன்மையில் பதவியில் இருந்து இந்த மந்திரிகள் என்ன செய்து இருக்க முடியும்.   இம்மந்திரிகளை ஆட்டி வைக்கும் சர்வ வல்லமை படைத்த சக்திகள் யார்?  இந்த இரு திராவிட கட்சிகளின் பொறுப்பற்ற நடைமுறைகளால் இன்னமும் இலவச திட்டங்கள் மூலமே மக்கள் தங்கள் அன்றாடைய தேவையை பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டிய நிர்பந்தம்.  இதில் இக்கட்சிகளும் போட்டிபோட்டுக் கொண்டு எதை இவர்கள் இலவசமாக்கினார்கள் என்பதையே தேர்தல் பிரச்சாரமாக வெட்கமில்லாமல் பறை சாற்றுகின்றனர். 

மக்களின் தேவையை பூர்த்தி செய்யாத இக்கட்சிகள், திரையுலகின் பிரச்சினைகளை மேலும் அதிகமாக்கி, படங்களை வெளியிடுவதர்க்குக்கூட இவர்கள் காலில் விழுந்தால் தான் முடியும் என்ற நிலையை  உருவாக்கினர்.  ஆட்சியில் கவனத்தை செலுத்தாமல், திரையுலகு உள் பூசல்களில் தங்களை  இணைத்துக்கொண்டனர்.  இவர்களுக்கு தெரிந்ததெல்லாம் பால், பஸ், மின் கட்டண உயர்வுகள்/குறைப்பு தான்.   வேலை வாய்ப்பை பற்றி சற்றும் சிந்தியாமல், அண்டை மாநிலங்களுக்கு சென்றால் தான் வாயிற்று பிழைப்பு என்று ஆக்கி விட்டனர்.   மத்திய அரசிடம் தங்களுக்கு வேண்டிய தொழில் நிறுவனங்கள், தமிழ் நாட்டில் அமைக்க தவறிய அரசுகள் இவை.    இவைகள் எல்லாம் சேர்ந்தே, மக்களின் வாங்கும் சக்தி குறைந்து, தொழில்/வியாபரம் சிதைந்து, மக்களுக்கு இலவசங்களை வழங்கி, அதில் ஊழலும் செய்து வாழுகின்றன இக்கட்சிகள்.  இந்த பொருளாத சீற்குலைப்பின்  சாட்சியே பல இடங்களில் நிலங்கள், வீடு  விற்பனையின்/வாங்குதலின் சரிவாக உருவெடுத்துள்ளது.  இவை போதாதென்று, மதுபான விற்பனை மூலம் வருவாய் ஈட்டி, மக்களின் செல்வத்தை சுரண்டி, அதையே மறுபக்கம் இலவசங்களுக்கு செலவிடவும் செய்தனர்.  அரசியல் எதிரிகளை இரண்டு கட்சிகளும் வன்முறையில் சந்திப்பது இன்னொரு பேராபத்து ஆகும்.  நிலங்களை ஆக்கிரமிப்பது, வன்முறையில் ஈடுபட்டு  தங்களுக்கு சாதகமாக பல காரியங்களைச் சாதித்துக்கொள்வது  அன்றாட நடை முறை ஆகி விட்டது.   இதனால் கட்ட பஞ்சாயத்துகள் அதிகரித்து, மக்கள் பீதியுடன் வாழ்வதும் நிதர்சனமான உண்மை.

மக்களின் குறைந்தபட்ச தேவைகளைக்கூட இன்னும் நிறைவேற்றாமல் அவர்களை இலவசங்களுக்கு அடிமையாக்கி, எதிர்பார்புகளை உண்டாக்கி, நாடகமாடிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் திரையுலகு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அரசியல்வாதிகளை எப்போது இம்மக்கள் இனம் கொண்டுகொள்வார்கள்? இவர்களுடைய ஓட்டே பெரும்பாலும் அரசை முடிவு செய்கிறது.

இந்த நிலைமையை எந்த தேசிய கட்சிகளும் மக்களுக்கு கொண்டு செல்லாமல், இத்திராவிடக் கட்சியின் முதுகினில் சவாரி செய்து கொண்டிருந்தது, அதைவிடக் கொடுமை. பல வருடங்களாக மத்தியில் ஆட்சியில் அமர்ந்திருந்த காங்கிரஸ், இக்கட்சிகளினை தங்களது ஆட்சிக்கான பெரும்பான்மை பலத்திற்கு உபயோகித்து கொண்டனர்.  முதன் முறையாக, தமிழகத்தில் பலமுனைப் போட்டி உருவாகியிருக்கிறது. உதிரிக் கட்சிகள் தமிழகத்தின் இரண்டு பெரிய கட்சிகளின் பிடியிலிருந்து வெளிவந்து போட்டியிடுகின்றன.   ஆயினும் அதற்கும் ஒரு திரைஉலகு நட்சத்திரமே தலைமை தாங்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் தமிழ்நாட்டில்.   இங்கும் அங்குமாக பலம் பெற்றிருக்கும் பா.மா.க. எந்த கூட்டணியிலும் இல்லை.  தமிழகத்தில் இன்னமும் காலே ஊன்றாத தேசியக்கட்சி பா.ஜ.க. தனித்து போட்டியிடுகிறது.   மக்களுக்கு தன்னுடைய திட்டங்களின் அவசியங்களை இன்னும் கொண்டே செல்லாத இக்கட்சி, சொல்லிகொள்ளும் அளவுக்கு தலைவர்களை தேர்தலுக்கு குறைந்த பட்சமாக ஒருவருடம் முன்பாவது முன்னிறுத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.  ஆனால் இதை இவர்கள் செய்யவில்லை.  

இக்கட்சி மத்தியில் மக்களுக்காக செயல்படுத்தியுள்ள திட்டங்களில் மிக முக்கியமாக ஜன் தன் யோஜனா, மக்களுக்கு கொடுக்கப்படவேண்டிய பணச்சலுகைகளை  வங்கியின் மூலமாக பெறச்செய்து, இடைத்தரகர்களை அடியோடு விரட்டிவிட்டது.  (சென்னை நகர மக்கள், தங்களின் வங்கி கணக்குகளில், எந்த இடைத்தர்களும் இன்றி ஈட்டு தொகை பெற்றதே சான்றாகும்.)  ஊழலற்ற அரசாக திகழ்கிறது.    வெளிநாட்டு நேர்முக முதலீட்டு  மூலம் முன்னேற்றத்திற்கான நல்ல திட்டங்களை வகுத்துள்ளது.   தேசிய நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் வளர்ச்சி திட்டத்தின் கீழ் நாடு முழுவதும் வெகுவிரைவில் சாலைகள் மேம்படுதபட்டுள்ளன.   நிலக்கரி ஏலத்தில் மிகப்பெரிய ஊழலை நிறைவேற்றிய முந்திய மத்திய அரசின் ஏலக்கொள்கைகளை மாற்றி புதிய ஏல விதிமுறைகளின்படி  அரசுக்கு அதிக வருவாய் ஈட்டியுள்ளது பா.ஜா.க. அரசு.   வெளிநாட்டு விஜயங்களின் மூலமாக எல்லா நாடுகளுடணும் நல்லுறவை  வளர்த்து, வியாபார ரீதியாக புதியதொரு சாதனையைப் படைத்துள்ளது மத்திய அரசு.   கச்சா எண்ணையை சேமித்துவைக்கும் கிடங்குகள் மங்களூரில் அமைக்க UAE அரசுடன் கைகோர்த்திருக்கிறது இந்திய அரசு.   இதன் ஒரு பகுதியினை  இந்திய எண்ணெய்  உற்பத்தி தொழிலகங்களும் உபயோகிக்க முடியும்.  சுய தேவையை பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்கான பல நலத்திட்டங்களை தீட்டியுள்ள பா.ஜா. க. அரசு மத்தியில் செல்யல்படுவது போல் தமிழ் நாட்டிலும் செயல் பட மக்கள் இக்கட்சியினை ஆதரித்து வெற்றிபெறச் செய்ய வேண்டும்.  இலவசங்கள் தேவையில்லை திட்டங்கள் மூலம் வாழ்க்கை தரம் மேம்படவேண்டும் என்று நினைப்பவர்கள் பா.ஜா.க. க்கு வோட்டளிக்க வேண்டும்.  திராவிடக்கட்சிகள் சிறிது காலமாவது ஆட்சியிலிருந்து வெளியேற வேண்டும்.  திரைப்பட நடிகர்களோ மற்றைய இத்தொழில் சம்பந்தப்பட்டவர்கள் ஆட்சியிலிருந்து சிறிதுகாலம் விலகி இருக்க இது ஒரு வாய்ப்பாகும்.

தமிழக மக்கள் இலவசங்களை புறக்கணித்து, புதிய திட்டங்கள்/தொழில்கள் மூலம் வருவாய் மேம்பட்டு, சொந்த காலில் நிற்கும் திறன் பெற இத்தேர்தலில் தாமரைச் சின்னத்தில் பா.ஜா.க. விற்கு வோட்டளிக்க வேண்டும்.

Tamilnadu Elections - Blurred vision of Neutrals and Fear Psychosis of /Freebies favouring of common Man
Gopu and Shyam discussed about the Tamilnadu elections and the coffee on the table too had its flavour of the famous filter coffee in a local restaurant.  Even they were referring about the Kumbakonam Filter coffee and joked it has gone the way of Bangalore Iyengar's Bakery with no Bangalore Iyengar managing and all over the Tamilnadu on the way side's you get so called Kumbakonam Degree Cofee.

There is no meaning in telling BJP's presence in Tamilnadu is not adequate and thus the votes will be wasted by voting to them. All parties which sprung up in Tamilnadu did not make their presence felt in all issues governing people. Because of catchy slogans deriding caste, beliefs and assurances of freebies many of the local parties made a dent and initially found a place in Tamilnadu politics. The Dravidian parties which came to power were favoured by the people of Tamilnadu by alternating between DMK and AIADMK with either to show their disapproval of those in power or in total support of those in power. Disapprovals came with local issues of grabbing of land, murders of known persons, award of contracts and looting in a brazen way and also the govt's failure to provide water and electricity on day to day requirements. Support came to these governments with unlimited and unscruplus opening of Tasmac everywhere and also by freebies on not only festive occasions but by a way of life, be it food grains, tv or mixie etc. Even lowering of marks for passing examinations for lower standards was tried by one government. As long as satisfaction came to people with freebies, they never even thought of looting by these parties and continue to extend their support and also have a mindset to even demand money/liquor/food to vote. Other smaller parties were riding on the back of these two parties and even national parties did not think it is wrong to do that.

It is as if, the governance of Tamilnadu has been given on a lease to these parties either by the central govt/national parties or by the people of Tamilnadu, so much so that these parties could think that they can do whatever they want and interfere with the day to day life of the common man and loot the temples, interfere with the religious beliefs. A fear psychosis exists in Tamilnadu that one is not safe by condemning the Dravidian parties and the goons will pounce on those doing so and killing people for gain/creating fear too and that is the order of the day. Even those who were advocating against corruption and call themselves neutral on political leanings like Cho had to openly say that as long as You dont vote for DMK, it is OK. It is known to everyone that DMK and AIADMK are matchaan/maappillai parties with people from the same family/relatives in either of the parties and many are hand in glove to loot in every available opportunity by way of contracts.

Then how one can vote for either of the parties or its alliances.

People should shed their fear on the voting day and overcome the booth capturing and proxy voting Dravidian parties and vote fearlessly and by bringing a national party to the fore in Tamilnadu. This is the time and will the Election Commission too put down the politics of fear and allow a free and fair voting.

Will the people of Tamilnadu vote for new national party and take the benefits coming out of--
1. Direct receipt of disbursement of money on disasters and help in agriculture and other loans without middle men through a Jhan Dhan Yojana bank accounts
2. Insurance and pension schemes announced by the Central government to be implemented early on war footing
3. Take the benefit of announcements on Infrastructure on roads, industry and from increased FDI.
4. Non-interference in the religious beliefs and temple funds.
5. With improved job opportunities, giving a go by the freebies Raj
6. Pave way for normal life without fear - without misuse of Police and Official machinery
7. For a better relation with Srilanka and saving of fishermen being used as Pawns in Politics of Tamilnadu.
8. Early normalcy to the displaced Tamil origin people of Sri Lanka without unnecessary interference - again not to become Pawns of Tamilnadu Politics.
9. Fresh set of politicians taking over the reins and implement Central Govt schemes without any obligation to anyone and thus get the full benefits from the schemes.
10. Not but not the least, a new person totally away from the political hero worship of Tamilnadu and not from Film Industry to take over as the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu.

This will call for Voting Lotus and Lotus only.

While shaking hands and departing, Shyam and Gopu wondered whether they would be getting a coffee like this elsewhere and assured to meet again.

OVER A CUP OF COFFEE – IS PM/INDIA A SHER

The violence in the NIT campus at Srinagar has brought out emotional outbursts that the Centre is inept and that HM message on bringing the matter to the notice of the CM/J&K as inadequate.  A large number of people have become emotional on the subject that the nationlist students are taken to task by lathi-charge and those perpetrated the violence have gone scot free and the nationalist students live in fear.  On the contrary, the nationalist students have gone a step further and insist that the national flag will be hoisted everyday, only shows to prove the determination of the students with the protection they received from the CRPF and the inquiry that has been constituted by Mehbooba govt on the lathi charge in the campus.  

Shyam and Gopu agreed that the law of the land should be given the priority to prevail upon the situation in the NIT Srinagar and a way devised to curb the anti-nationalists to use the campus for fomenting violence.  This calls for assurance to the nationalist students to continue their studies unhindered and finish the course with examinations by the NIT authorities as a first step.  The inquiry on lathi charge in campus should also identify whether any faculty of the NIT had threatened the nationalist students that they will have to face them in the examination.  Adequate care must be taken to assuage the feelings of nationalist students to take up the examination without any doubts in their mind. Counselling sessions will have to follow immediately to inculcate in the students, their studies should be uppermost in their mind and rest of the issues can be put to rest. 

NIT authorities should be questioned on the aspects that have led to the incidence and what action they have taken so for and what they would like to take for non-recurrence of a situation.  Adequate safeguards should be provided to the institution and also where necessary students have to be taken up at the slightest measure of anti-nationalism and should be clearly brought to them that educational institutions cannot tolerate such incidences.

The new dispensation in J&K, the PDP-BJP combine has to take decisive steps to put down anti-national activities and there is no two opinions that all round growth in Kashmir and adequate employment for the youth only can solve their problems.  Tourism which has totally been hit has to resume and opportunities lost earlier should be regained.  Fair number of job opportunities have to be created in the next 24 months.   The centre should help that both private and public enterprises to employ a percentage of their requirement from those coming out of J&K insitutions to increase their job opportunities.   Painting every Kashmiri in bad light wont do and opportunities should instead make them part of the system either in Tourism or development of the State in export oriented areas.

Here Gopu referred to talk on PM as Sher and that he has failed totally to condemn Islamic terror in unequivocal terms elsewhere in the world on his tour and thus he is inept and that his government is not doing what is required to protect the nationalist  students in NIT Srinagar.

This cannot be accepted as a PM cannot intervene in a campus unrest and that when the Centre with the help of the state government has taken action to stop the violence with the help of the CRPF.  The killings in Tamilnadu/Kerala is another matter shown for PM not acting.  The previous government at the Centre has allowed in Kerala the spread of anti-nationalism in specified pockets and thus these killings. As per Tamilnadu, the local government requires a dressing down with intelligence inputs.   PM might have failed on time frame of bringing back the corrupt/looted money and that does not mean he has failed altogether.  But the government has introduced schemes by which they have eliminated middlemen in distribution of money to the ultimate beneficiary.  It has taken the bold step to store the petroleum crude in our shores for neighbours and in the process help ourselves too.  Delevelopment schemes on the anvil, can produce results only in the longer run.  The Rajya Sabha while really serving as a watchdog of the bills brought by the Lok Sabha has unfortunately going the way of party affiliations and not as intellectuals or experts from various fields would act.   However unless the people are involved to constructively criticize the functioning of the government in the areas of agriculture, economics, education and various schemes of governments, the government will be of the impression everything is going as per plan.   The government so far has shown that its members have shunned corruption.  Shyam wondered Will the people support where necessary but also bear in mind, that we have to go a long way to set right the wrongs of the past.   That has to be done with the existing system and Sher has to tread its path to succeed in this too. Succeeding in the growth path and acquiring strength based on that only can show the way to States, whether it is on governance or on terror.

OVER A CUP OF COFFEE - MORPHED PICTURE OF PM

When Gopu and Shyam met over a cup of coffee, the topic invariably was on the morphed picture of PM Modi while in Saudi Arabia.  The perverted mind that is of Rajiv Chopra, who has already released pictures to demean the PM with captions of perfume etc., only reiterates the fact, that persons from the media, have to be put in place, when they think it is their privilege to resort to unethical means to deride others.  While the perfume observation can be taken as to mock a PM, morphed picture of a visiting PM falling on the feet of a Head of a State of another country is Unpardonable.
Gopu felt, this has not drawn vociferous condemnation from the media fraternity except one, who has gone on record in twitter, that action should be initiated on such erring ones. Neither the Netas of the main Opposition Party or anyone who is on the other side of the green benches, have thought fit to condemn an act of morphing to deride their country's PM, because it is Modi, and they are within their rights to keep quiet. What a shame, the main opposition and their partners in the UDF have the least regard for this country when their PM is shown in bad colour.  

Now, the apology and that he has taken the picture from someone else do not hold water and shri Rajiv Chopra should pay for the sin of committing a PM of this country in bad colour and that will only be the justice and people who have the habit of producing videos and organised and selective use of morphed videos too should see the writing on the wall.

This act of demeaning a PM, should be given the importance by the Ministry at Centre and action should be taken to put an end to this sort of propoganda to demean a person in future.  Action based on the law is essential to curb this menace before it takes it ugly face everywhere in the media. The very fact the other media personnel are silent gives credence to that.
 Shyam agreed with Gopu on the severe action that is necessary to be taken and that from the Government at the Centre, they parted agreeing to meet again.
